Recently I purchased a condo in Southern Orange County and I had an extremely tight timeline (four days) in which I wanted to change the flooring, paint the walls and move my furniture. I was loosing hair from the stress. Then, I called Wood-N-Nichols and I spoke directly to the Owner (Tom) and informed him of my situation. He quickly responded with “It won’t be a problem." Within three of those four days my floors were complete. The work was magnificent and professionally done. I would not consider anyone but Tom and Wood-N-Nichols for any future work. I would gladly recommend their services to any one I know.

Enclosed, please find payment for the refinishing and installation of the hardwood you did at our home. We wanted to take this opportunity to tell you how completely satisfied we are with the job you and your crew did on our floors. My Dad passed away last August and I inherited the home he shared with my Mom for 33 years. Although he had made some changes to the house, he never got the chance to refinish the hardwood flooring that had been hidden by carpet since we moved in, back in 1973. Once the carpet had been removed, I was doubtful that the high-traffic areas couldn’t be finished due to their poor condition. To my utter surprise, the next day the flooring in the living room and bedrooms looked as good as the brand new flooring that had been laid in the dining and family rooms!
Your crew was on time each and every day of the project and worked diligently each day until the job was complete. They left the house clean and made sure their excess materials were disposed of before they left. They were polite and respectful to both of us and answered all our questions.
We couldn’t be more pleased with you, your crew, and your company overall. We’ve recommended your company to one of our friends that needs the hardwood flooring refinished in her home and we will continue to recommend your services to anyone that needs hardwood flooring installed or refinished.
